30-Day Risk-free Return/Exchange Policy
We do our absolute best to make sure you are happy with your purchase!
We allow the buyer 30 days from the time of actual delivery of the product to return that product for a full refund minus any shipping charges which have been accrued during the transaction.
All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition.
All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. If you are concerned about a potential return or exchange, please contact Customer Service by calling 1-(888) 604-6268 or send an e-mail to [email protected] before placing your order.
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or exchange. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Our goal is to make the exchange process as easy as possible. To return an item, follow these simple steps:
We recommend you use an insured shipping method and retain your tracking number until the credit is issued. Lost returned shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and we will not provide credit on packages that are lost in the mail.

Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect each item. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange. If you purchased your item with a credit card, we will credit the account used.
All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned
Fill our return authorization (RA) request form and wait for an email reply with RMA number. Write the RMA number on the outside shipping label.
Place the item and all original packaging back in the box along with a copy of the packing slip.
